Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Our fulfilment team begins processing orders shortly after they are placed. Due to this fast processing timeline, cancellations are only possible within the first 1 hour after purchase.

When Cancellation Is No Longer Possible

If more than 1 hour has passed since your order was placed, it may already be in processing or transit. At this stage, order cancellation is no longer possible.
