After this 1-hour window, orders may already be in processing or transit and can no longer be cancelled.

🔄 Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return:

  • Briefly explain the reason for the return

If approved, our team will provide return instructions.

Returns must be sent only to the return address provided by our support team.
Please do not return items without contacting us first.


📦 Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


💸 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If eligible, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
